For over 25 years<\/strong>, I\u2019ve been working in organizational design, supporting companies and individuals in building stronger, more aware, and change-ready organizations.<\/strong><\/p>

I believe that a well-designed organization can unlock energy,<\/strong> make human systems more effective<\/strong>, and bring out what makes each reality unique<\/strong> and impossible to replicate.<\/p>

After twenty years as an<\/strong> internal organization designer in structured companies<\/strong> such as Unicredit and Lamborghini, I now work as a consultant<\/strong> supporting businesses of all sizes\u2014from large corporations to SMEs and family-owned enterprises\u2014in organizational evolution projects.<\/p>

I teach Organizational Design and Change Management<\/strong> in Italian Business Schools, including Bologna Business School.<\/p>

I\u2019m a member of EODF<\/strong>, the largest European community dedicated to organizational design, where I served as Conference Dean and conference designer in 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      • Org Design consultant can explain what “tools” he has in his briefcase: schools of thought, underlying theories, and pros and cons of the approaches he uses<\/strong><\/li>
      • It is his job to bring you to reason about the pros and cons<\/strong> of the ways of working<\/strong> that he is able to propose to you and about which he has experience<\/li>
      • And if the counselor understands that the approach that is most useful to you <\/strong>or what you are looking for does not fall within his or her areas of expertises, he or she can refer you to someone who has more experience and\/or specialization on what you need<\/li>
